Do you want to test your technological solution at LABe?

Innovation, real context and visibility of the technology are some of the criteria that will be taken into account

LABe–Digital Gastronomy Lab, Basque Culinary Center’s open innovation gastronomic living lab, opens the call for testing new technologies in real context. The aim of this initiative is to promote the visibility and use of technology along the entire value chain of gastronomy.

The call is aimed at startups, companies, entrepreneurs, developers, makers, universities and technology centers that have innovative solutions that solve real needs and improve the experience of the user (diner, kitchen, dining room or management) through technology.

The selected projects will have the opportunity to carry out a pilot test in the gastronomic space LABe–Digital Gastronomy Lab, with a methodology tested by the innovation team. With this testing, the projects will be able to obtain the following benefits:

  • Feedback from real users.
  • Visibility in a reference ecosystem.
  • Dissemination in specialized industry forums and events, such as the Digital Gastronomy Startup Forum at HIP.
  • Being in the portfolio of case studies and projects carried out in LABe of the Basque Culinary Center.

Through this type of call, LABe–Digital Gastronomy Lab continues to promote innovation in the gastronomy sector and collaboration in the ecosystem to promote the development of new solutions that improve the user experience in the digital era.

The call will be open from July 3 to 28.
