The first Mindtegi call for applications is open until 22nd July, searching for innovative ideas for solutions to current challenges in gastronomy/food and the hospitality industry.

The winning idea will receive development support from LABe – Digital Gastronomy LAB, as well as advice on technology, gastronomy and innovation from the technical team and the network of experts associated with it.
